John Cucci became a lawyer to help his family. John Cucci was the first person in his family to attend College. He took that further and received a Full Scholarship to the City University of New York Law School. That law School had the primary mission of “Providing Law in the Service of Human needs.”

John Cucci started his legal career as an adjunct professor at City University of New York Law School. There he taught elder law and “street law” and began a practice focused on the elder community and Estate Planning. He was then hired by the Lawfirm Gordon & Gordon, where John Cucci managed the litigation department and began his career in trial advocacy. Within two years John Cucci was handling over 200 cases at a time and was holding a trial at least twice a month. 

Attorney John Cucci has not lost a trial in over ten years. Mr. Cucci attributes his record of success to hard work and preparation. John Cucci has taken over 300 Pro-Bono cases as a professional. Most of which were providing free representation for children stuck in the Juvenile Court system. Attorney Cucci is an Army Reserve Veteran and served as a combat Medic (91A), at the 356th Station Hospital in Rocky Point, New York. He is very proud to have received an Honorable Discharge.
